Delete your InternetWale account

You can request deletion of your InternetWale account and associated personal data by emailing our support team. You do not need to sign in or install the app to send a request.

How to request account deletion

Email info@internetwale.com with the subject InternetWale account deletion request.
Include the mobile number or email address registered with your InternetWale account so we can identify it.
State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted, then send the email.

Please do not send passwords or one-time verification codes.

Email deletion request

This opens your email app with a draft. Send the email to submit your request. If it does not open, compose an email manually to info@internetwale.com.

You can also use the account deletion button in the InternetWale app.
